07 / Hosting & ownership
Infrastructure decisions are part of the design.
Hosting and operational responsibilities are selected with your security, availability and support requirements in view.
- 01Self-hosted means your Odoo instance runs in an agreed customer-controlled or SNDIAN-managed environment; it is not Odoo Online.
- 02Hosting capacity, data location, access controls and TLS arrangements are agreed in the proposal. The SNDIAN marketing website does not host an ERP instance.
- 03Maintenance can cover monitoring, security patches and tested updates within the agreed service scope. Major version upgrades are separate planned projects unless explicitly included.
- 04Database and filestore backups, retention, access protection and restore testing must be specified together. Recovery objectives are agreed, not guaranteed by this page.
- 05Support channels, service hours, response targets and exclusions are defined in your agreement. No 24/7 support or uptime SLA is implied.

Which Odoo edition does this offer use?
This offer uses the open-source edition of Odoo, forming the core on which Enterprise is built. SNDIAN proposes implementations based on the open-source edition features available in the selected version.
Is the software free, and what am I paying for?
The open-source edition of Odoo versions 9–19 use the LGPLv3 licence. open-source edition software does not require an Odoo Enterprise subscription. Assessment, configuration, migration, training, custom development, hosting and ongoing support are services with separately agreed fees; no prices are promised here.
Are all Odoo apps included?
No. open-source edition and Enterprise differ, and third-party apps have their own licences and costs. Payroll, comprehensive accounting, Studio, native Helpdesk, Documents and other Enterprise or add-on capabilities are not included by default. Every requirement is checked before a proposal.
Where will my ERP run?
In a suitable self-hosted environment agreed with you, managed either by your team or under a SNDIAN service agreement. Capacity, data location, backups and security responsibilities are confirmed before deployment. No ERP hosting has been provisioned by publishing this page.
Can you migrate our current data and connect other software?
We assess your source data, import requirements and integration interfaces first. Cleansing, mapping, test imports, acceptance and any custom connector are scoped explicitly; migration or connector compatibility is not guaranteed without assessment.
How are implementation and ongoing fees determined?
The proposal depends on module scope, users, process complexity, data quality, integrations, training and support needs. Starter, Business and Custom describe proposed service scopes, not fixed-price software plans.
Is SNDIAN an official Odoo partner?
This is an independent SNDIAN service proposal using Odoo. No official Odoo partnership, certification or endorsement is claimed. Odoo is a trademark of its respective owner.
